Privacy policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This page explains what data this site collects, why, where it is stored and how to ask us to delete it. Short, with no fine print.
Who is responsible
Constela and this site belong to Facundo Barreda, who is responsible for the data. For any question or request about your data, write to facundo [arroba] trendwaves.net.
What data this site collects
Only one thing, and only if you give it: your email, when you join the waitlist. Along with it we store the page language and the date you signed up. Nothing else: this site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is "idioma", which remembers the language you picked.
What we use it for
To let you know when the Constela beta is available and to share launch news. We don't sell or share your email, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
Your email is stored in an Upstash database with servers in the United States (AWS, Virginia). The site is served by Vercel. Both are providers that process data on our behalf with their own security measures. Access to the database is restricted and its keys can't be read.
Abuse protection
To stop bots and repeated requests, we count attempts per connection. To do that we use an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which doesn't reveal your IP and deletes itself in less than a day. Your IP is never stored. Like any web server, Vercel may log technical visit data (such as IP and browser) in its operational logs.
How long we keep it
Until the beta is out and we let you know. After that, we only keep writing if you're interested. You can ask us to delete your email at any time, before or after.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to facundo [arroba] trendwaves.net. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, you have GDPR rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in Argentina, Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection gives you these rights, and you can file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information.
The Constela app
The app runs on your PC and has no servers of its own: your chats, memory, projects and accounts stay on your computer. What you send to an AI goes directly to Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT), depending on the account you use, and is governed by each one's privacy policy.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13 and we don't seek to collect data from children. If you think a child left us their email, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date above.
